- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Free Shipping for orders over 100€ (Exclude Surfboards)

Spain Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Free Shipping for orders over 100€ (Exclude Surfboards)

Europe Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Free Shipping for orders over 200€ (Exclude Surfboards)

International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-22 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Surfboard Shipping:
- Quote Request: We will get a quote for shipping for the surfboard base on your shipping address you will received the quote in your email with the shipping cost in case you don’t acept the shipping cost the order of the surfboard will be cancel and the money refunded.
Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure prompt and reliable delivery, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and ship your items as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you make the payment. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those.
Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment or correction of the address.
Customs and Duties: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Wavegliders is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the customs process.
