At Wavegliders Surf Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Item Condition: Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
2. Timeframe: You can return regular-priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you received it for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.
3. Online Purchases: Items purchased online can be returned if they are in the same condition as when received.

5. Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
– Shoes with scuffs, marks, or signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Footwear returns must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of labels.
– Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Surfboard sales are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

– Some health and personal care items
– Books and magazines
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us, and we will find the best solution to resolve the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a certain timeframe and credited to your original payment method for online purchases. Store Credit will be issued for in-store purchases.
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or require a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com for instructions.
If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the gift was not marked as such during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges:
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you pay the return shipping, and we will cover the shipping of the new item to you.
