At Wavegliders Surf Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Item Condition: Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
2. Timeframe: You can return regular-priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you received it for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.
3. Online Purchases: Items purchased online can be returned if they are in the same condition as when received.

5. Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Footwear:
– Shoes with scuffs, marks, or signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Footwear returns must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of labels.
Sale Items:
– Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Surfboards:
– Surfboard sales are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Membership cards
– Some health and personal care items
– Books and magazines
Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us, and we will find the best solution to resolve the issue.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a certain timeframe and credited to your original payment method for online purchases Refund may take up to 10 Days. Store Credit will be issued for in-store purchases.
Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or require a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@wavegliders.pt for instructions.
Gifts:
If the item was a gift, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the gift was not marked as such during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges:
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you pay the return shipping, and we will cover the shipping of the new item to you.
