Our custom order process allows you to fully customize your surfboard: colours, stringers, glass-on fins, finishes and size to your specification criativity is the limit here.
Custom orders take between 6 – 8 weeks to build, depending on how busy is the factory at the moment you order. Once we receive your completed form, our staff will help and guide you in the right direction to ensure you end up with a functional and beautiful surfboard for years of joy.
Wavegliders Custom Order Process
Stages 1.
Complete the enquiry form giving as much detail in the information boxes as possible.
Stage 2.
Our staff will contact you by email to help guide you through your custom order process, confirming every aspect of your order, including your shipping if required.
Stage 3.
Once your order details have been completed, we require payment of 50% to begin building your custom surfboard,
Upon receipt of your payment we start the production time.
Stage 4.
Your new surfboard is ready now you just need to do the final payment for the board and shipping if requested. After receiving the final payments we will send your surfboard to your door or you can come pick it up at our shop.
